This Privacy Policy describes how Honest Nutraceuticals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Lotus Nutra (“Lotus Nutra,” “we,” “us”), handles information about visitors to lotusnutra.com and customers who use the Lotus Nutra customer portal.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, company, message body, and any optional fields you include when you reach out through the site.
- Account information — email address, name, organization affiliation, role, and authentication metadata when you sign up for the customer portal.
- Project artifacts — briefs, formulation notes, COIs, invoices, messages, and other content you create or upload in the course of an engagement.
- Co-manufacturer applications — company profile, capabilities, certifications, and insurance posture submitted through the partner application form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and log timestamps recorded by our hosting and authentication providers.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
- Operate, secure, and improve the customer portal and partner-facing forms.
- Send transactional messages tied to engagements (invoices, project-phase updates, message notifications, account events).
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations applicable to our business.
3. Service providers
We share information only with vendors required to operate the platform:
- Supabase (database and authentication; US-hosted).
- Vercel (web hosting).
- Resend (transactional email sending from the lotusnutra.com domain).
Master Formulation Services Agreements, Acceptance Certificates, and other engagement documents are signed inside the Lotus Nutra platform itself — no third-party signing service is used. Customer invoices are paid by wire transfer or ACH; we do not store full bank or card details on our systems.
Each vendor processes information only to perform its function for Lotus Nutra. We do not sell information, and we do not share information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Retention
We retain account, project, financial, and contract records for the period required by applicable legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations. Inquiries and partner applications that do not advance to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete information about yourself, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lotusnutra.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials for your portal account.
7. Children
The Lotus Nutra site and platform are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version number and effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the customer portal.
